Titan Cards operates with a final-sale standard across both online purchases and in-person events.
The only exception is an approved online condition concern reviewed against pre-shipment photos.

Condition Concerns (Online Purchases Only)

Customers must contact Titan Cards and provide photo or video proof of the issue. Titan Cards maintains pre-shipment
photographs of all cards and will compare submitted evidence against the images taken before shipment.

If Approved:

  • The card must be returned in the same condition as it was received.
  • The card must be received by Titan Cards before a refund is issued.
  • Titan Cards will cover the cost of return shipping.

In-Person Purchases


Purchases made at card shows, expos, conventions, and other in-person events are final sale.
Customers are encouraged to inspect cards before completing their purchase.

Tampering & Fraud Protection

Returned cards must be the exact card originally shipped by Titan Cards and returned in the same condition.
Returns will be denied if the card appears swapped, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Shipping Issues

Lost packages: Customers must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Marked delivered but missing: Customers must contact the shipping carrier to investigate.
Titan Cards is not responsible for packages once they are marked delivered.
