Titan Cards takes care to package all cards securely to ensure they arrive safely.
Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible once payment has been confirmed.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
During busy periods or around major events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Methods
Shipping methods and costs are calculated during checkout.
All orders include tracking once shipped.
Packaging
Cards are carefully packaged using protective sleeves, top loaders, and protective mailers
to prevent damage during transit.
Lost Packages
If a package is lost during transit, the customer must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
Delivered but Missing Packages
If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but it cannot be located, the customer must contact
the shipping carrier to investigate. Titan Cards is not responsible for packages once they have been
marked as delivered.
Shipping Damage
If a package arrives damaged, please contact Titan Cards as soon as possible and include photos of the
packaging and the card so the situation can be reviewed.
